If you read my blog you have read a few posts ago about a new forum called PPV Playbook. It is a coaching forum similar to my PPC favorite, PPC-Coach. I have been struggling with my PPV campaigns and with the suggestions of others have decided to literally show every detail of my campaign so everyone can see it and help me out.

Will this campaign profit? I hope so but I can’t make any promises. I am at least hoping that I will get conversions with the help of the members and in turn will learn A LOT about ppv campaigns. Right now I am not going to show anything on my blog so that only a trusted group of people will see everything. At the end of this campaign if there are any results besides “it sucked” I will for sure let you all in on it.

EDIT: Btw, I was typing this on Wednesday and this evening there was an announcement on the coaching forums. I am not going to say what it is until I get confirmation that we can make it public. If you haven’t heard Jeremy “Shoemoney” Schoemaker has created, The Shoemoney System, his own make money online program. I believe Shoe make The Shoemoney System because these programs are pretty hot right now. Everything from PPC to PPV and now Shoemoney is getting into the action with a system that covers virtually every angle in the book to make money online.

So far I think the best part about the pre-launch of his system is the fact that he has gotten multiple coupons from places like facebook, myspace and other ad networks for his users to use. That is probably the #1 reason I am thinking about joining the system. Here is a quote from shoemoney himself.

The ShoeMoney System is a video training program that walks you through step by step on how to make money on the internet. But it’s much different than anything anyone has ever seen. Instead of talking about theories on how to make money we actually do it, step by step.

I hired a co-host who not only was not an internet marketing expert….but had no clue what Facebook or twitter was. She is an aspiring pop singer and model and I completely show her (and you) step by step how everything works. I have put my heart and soul into these videos over the last 12 months. I have never worked harder on any other project.

Right now that is about the only thing available online. I have watched a few of the pre-launch videos and it seems like this is well put together and the video tutorials are going to be awesome. Check out the preview video of The Shoemoney System.

Here is a quick video of a method that I use to shrink my target URL’s for PPV campaigns in Media Traffic. I am a member of Affportal but what I found was the URL shrink tool works too good. Watch the video to see exactly what I’m talking about.

Being a member at PPV Playbook Coaching forum brought me to make this little video. I have also decided that in 2010 I really need to beef up some posts on my blog. Sometimes I’m not sure what to talk about. I just need to make posts about answers that I have given to other new ppc or ppv marketers.

I have recently joined PPV Playbook Coaching forum. The owner, David, first started by selling an ebook/video series called PPV Playbook. Now he has taken his knowledge of PPV and turned it into a coaching forum. I figured the $40 price tag was small enough to see what this guy knows. You might remember that I started a PPV Campaign a little while ago. That did not turn into profit.

First Impressions
The forum is in its very early stages. I was able to go through all posts pretty quickly. There is not a lot of members right now but each day there seems to be 1 or 2 new members. I can see this forum growing pretty quickly. The design is basic but I didn’t expect anything special with that right now. I am also not a member to look at a pretty website, I’m in it for content.

Getting Help
Right now since the forum is young David is really on top of answering questions and trying to figure things out for you. There are already a few members that have done some PPV campaigns that have given some tips too. Another member suggested some free landing page templates to check out. Very friendly and helpful so far.

Selling Factor
One thing that has sold me is the initial case study that was shown. Right when I joined I was able to see an actual case study of a campaign and what’s going on with it. This is something that coaching sites really make it or break it. Can you show me how to complete this? Yes

So I am hoping to learn a little more about the PPV industry through this forum. Hopefully I can take what I have learned and provide some information on my blog. Granted I can’t reveal anything specific about the forum but you get the idea. If you wan to get started in PPV and want to learn quickly then I suggest you hit up his PPV Playbook first and then if you have some money to spend after learning through the videos hit up the PPV Playbook Coaching forum.

If you have been paying attention to PPV you have noticed DirectCPV has been on a little advertising spree lately.

They get their traffic from people downloading LoudMo Products.

I recently signed up with DirectCPV based on the recommendation from Bryn.

Right now there is only 2 million users with those products downloaded so it is a new ad network. Media Traffic shows 15 million users on their network. DirectCPV is easy to use but I would like them to work on their interface a little more. Maybe I can’t figure it out but there is no easy way to change your bids like Media Traffic.

Anyway, sign up with DirectCPV and test them out. With a small user base it’s nice to test offers. They are having a nice referral giveaway for the new year. So, if you could sign up under me that would be nice. In order to qualify you do have to spend $125 with them.
