Browie

I bought the url browie.com a little over a year ago now. I’ve had this nickname for about 17 years. Here is the quick story about the weird name, “browie”.

My cousin could not say my name Brian. When he started to talk instead he would call me Browie. I spell it like that because it looks better to me. I know, everyone still says, “You forgot the N”. I then have to go into the whole story about my name. The way you say browie is like the word “ouch”. You have to say the “ow” like ouch.

That is the little story behind the name browie. I use browie for everything, e-mail, url, video games and instant messaging. I am so lucky to have such a unique nickname that I can use for my internet hobby.
