Milestone Giveaway

I have neglected my blog too long. I write and then I don’t write and then I write. I will eventually revisit my goals I created for myself back in January and see what I accomplished and what I didn’t.

Recently I uploaded a new theme, I like it better. Thanks Chris Guthrie. The final touches need some work on my theme. Since adding this new theme I had to put something in the top right box (still looks ugly) and so I headed to my feedburner account and noticed nearly 80 RSS readers? That actually shocked me since I haven’t been trying too hard to post and gain readers.

So I thought it’s close to 2010 and I’d like to get to 150 RSS Readers before January 1st. If I hit that milestone I’m going to give away one of these iPod Nano’s I’ve got sitting here collecting dust (don’t ask). When I hit 150 I’ll just have some stupid simple contest to win prizes.

YOUR JOB – Go out and get more readers to this blog. Blog, tweet, facebook, forum post. Do whatever to entice people to read the blog and subscribe.

MY JOB – I promise to have plenty of content throughout the month of December to make it worth while. In fact I have a PPV marketing post coming up later today.

At the start of this month (October) I took a “position” online as an assistant coach on the membership site PPC-Coach.com. The site has grown so much in 2 years that it was necessary for the owner to hire two people to become staff members.

Coach’s Sale
Because PPC-Coach has been around for two years coach is having a 1 month sale. For October you can join the first moth for $22.22.

My Giveaway
I mentioned at the beginning of the month that I will have a giveaway on the 10th as this marks my 2 year anniversary for being apart of the website that started my affiliate marketing campaign.

I have a nice silver ipod nano that was never given away. I tried to have a referral sign up through Hydra to give this away but that didn’t do so well. There were people that signed up but no one made much cash after that. I’d like to give that away to some one.

Other Things
I recently won an iPod Touch from PublisherChallenge.com after I won some Paypal money in a different month on that site. I wanted to go for the camera on this contest but 10K with one network especially Peerfly just wasn’t going to do it for me. Nothing is wrong with Peerfly but they are fairly new and don’t have many offers. Most of them are Acai rebills.

New Favorite Blog
I have a new favorite blog that I read. SUPER AFFILIATE TWINS – One of the twins joined ppc-coach a while ago and from there took his business with his brother to a new level. You should check out one of their recent posts about Copeac flying them to Atlantic City for a few days to party. Why? Because they are bringing in the dough. Go check them out.

Azoogle Playboy Mansion Party

If you have been living under a rock for the past few days you haven’t heard about this yet. Azoogle is having a 3 month long contest and the winners will join them at the Playboy Mansion in August for a party. Talk about motivation.

Here is the skinny.

The top 25 publishers who produce the highest amount of incremental revenue during February 1 at 12:01AM Est. to April 30 Midnight Easter versus the prior 3-month period of (Nov. 1 – Jan. 31).

Example: Publisher A drives $15,000 during the contest and drove $5,000 during the previous 3 months. Publisher A will have earned $10,000 in incremental revenue. It’s that simple.

So all of you that don’t use or have not signed up with Azoogle, Sign up Now.

I’m thinking about it in this sense. There are a lot of publishers making Thousands in revenue with Azoogle. Some of us (me) will use Azoogle but only produce a few hundred per month. If these people could focus on Azoogle for 3 full months, their Incremental Revenue would be much greater than a guy using Azoogle extensively already.
