
I can’t take very much credit for this as I first saw it over at Jon Volk’s blog. I am a RSS subscriber to Google AdWords Blog but it is at the bottom of my iGoogle so I only see it every other day or so.
This first video is great. The information they give you is very interesting if you’ve been struggling with Quality Score. My favorite part is where they compare two people bidding on the same thing. Enjoy the video and below this video is a link to the second one. The second is just telling about the updates they made to the Quality Score instead of just slapping you silly with a $10 bid.

That explains a lot. Seems that the very best thing to do is write good ads and landing pages. Also, reasonable landing pages. It also helped me understand the CPC for broad vs. phrase vs. exact. Now I understand why some things with low search volume can cost a lot.
