This is going to be a short post. On Monday a guy gave me a great idea on making a quick buck with google trends. Yes, I know a lot of you reading this probably have already heard the stories about making a site based off of a hot trend.
The stories come in about making X amount the day of Michael Jackson’s death just on adsense or how a funny viral video on youtube landed them in the top 5 spot in google and they did awesome with banner ads on their site. Heck I even bought a domain with a trending topic name in it and made a few dollars.
This was slightly different approach and so I had to try it. I found a trending topic and am now testing it out. I am writing this late Monday night and so a lot of people are already in bed. My results won’t come until Tuesday and hopefully Wednesday and beyond. I hope to make a successful post in a day or two about how 15min. of work profited me some change.
