Do you have a buddy on the internet? Sure we have friends, and we send e-mails to them or communicate through the internet but I’m talking about people you’ve never met. I have internet friends and it’s kind of weird don’t you think?
My first internet friends were through video games. The playstation console went online with gaming and you meet people that you enjoyed playing with and put them on your friends list. Then gaming went to a new level with “groups” or “teams” or in my case “clans”. Now you have this gaming team that you go to “battle” with. You become familiar with their gamming moves and also by human nature their life. I actually went to clanmates house to play video games with 10 of my clanmates. This wasn’t just a drive down the highway, I flew half way across the US to Boston to meet up with these people.
Then last year I hosted this party of clanmates, and boy we had a blast those two years. The games come and go and so has our little party. We were suppose to host again this year but lack of gaming interest shot that down.
It’s funny this internet friend stuff. I’ve become real good friends with one of those guys and will probably be friends for a long long time. I also have gaming friends that I’ve never met but I talk to all the time on AIM or e-mail. One friend right now that I’ve never met always helps me with my new websites and ideas. Maybe someday we’ll hit it big and we’ll get some cash out of it. Do you have internet friends you’ve never met? or have met?

I do, I have a few close internet friends. I have internet friends who have even gone as far as to give me their bank account information and SSN. I don’t know why it is they trust me like this, having never met in person. It is very strange.

About internet friends, i have many friends..!! among them i have met some but not all.
and among them, i was in love with one too.
