How much stuff is in one store? Today I was sitting in a store waiting for a worker to finish up my order. As I’m sitting there I start looking at the stuff on the shelves. I happened to be near the hair dryers at this point. There were about 20 different hair dryers you could buy.
Hair dryers are not the only thing in a store where there are multiple options to choose from. What happens to this stuff? Imagine how many things in a store sit on the shelf for months, maybe even a year or two.
I know clothes go in and out because of the seasons. Think about the items like hair dryers and figurines just sitting there waiting to be bought. How about the items on the top or bottom shelves that you don’t even see? I know the stores put the most popular items in the middle so they sell. It’s just amazing to me on how much stuff is one store and how much of it just sits there.
