So a few weeks ago I created a post on zero cent clicks on facebok ads. Granted we all know zero cent clicks is impossible but by getting crazy CTR I was able to get clicks for half a penny. The best part about using this method to try and make a buck is since Facebook is all social I was able to actually get free clicks because people saw their friends like my page and then would visit and Like me also.

I then wrote a small update on my little venture. Zero Cent Clicks Update

I launched the first ads on July 6th and set a limit to $10. I just wanted to test the waters. Everything was going good so for the next few days I upped my limit to $20. I know you are all are saying super sarcastically “whoa, slow down big baller”. After I had already stopped spending on July 13th I saw this post by Rohail a few days later How Harry Potter Cost Me $8,000″, Ouch!

I am not trying to say I’m doing way better than Rohail but the one thing I noticed in his thread was this:

On top of that Facebook was extremely picky on what offers I could post on my fan page as a lot of these links had been reported as spam prior to me linking to them. And I’m sure Facebook has some kind of filtration process as to what links they let get posted.

So after eight days of spending $142 on Facebook ads I had 17,000+ likes from those ads. The best part is what I said earlier that Facebook is so social I get free likes from friends. On that same day I actually had a fan base of 24,750. I am nearing 30 thousand fans and it grows slowly.

You are probably still waiting for me to say I made lots of money off of this. No, not really I’m closing in on $400 profit. This particular case is different than some of the CPA driven cases I was making much more on. This page is all based off of interaction and allowing the money come to me instead of squeezing cash out of them. There is 1 major offer that I can give these people and that’s what has been bringing in the money. That doesn’t mean I’m stuck because I already have ideas for them without sounding like a spammer.

How do I know I can still make some more out of these people? Here is a screenshot of a comment I posted on the wall. There were NO links, just a comment about the subject. People are passionate about this topic.

I mentioned that I’d give you all an update on how my Facebook campaign was going. When I heard about people getting visitors or likes on Facebook for less than a penny I had to try it out. Not too long after that I was able to create a great campaign to get me those 1/2 a penny users.

After a few days of slowly playing nice and inserting an offer every other day or so I’m about $200 in profit with the one screen shot I showed you last time. So I’ve built that one up pretty good to over 20K fans and spending about $110 or so. I think I’m going to shut off my advertising soon and just let it build naturally.

This wasn’t the best thing that happened, this is just the one I’m telling you about. While trying out these methods I expanded and tried new things and got ideas from buddies. One idea blew up over the weekend and Tuesday was a huge day.

The point of this post is it’s really cool to find things that work but the best part is expanding on what’s working and find things that work even better. I’m pretty excited about what’s been happening the past 5 days because I was in a pretty big funk lately and it’s nice to have some good things happening right now.

Zero Cent Clicks?

You may have seen people claim zero cent clicks on Facebook before. If not then you probably don’t read many forums or you’re not on some guru’s list. I don’t buy products usually but I’ll join communities with real people that help you out.

The best part about these communities is you tend to become friends with some of them. They help you and you help them. Pass ideas back and forth and test different ideas. The best part is when you have an IM buddy that you can AIM at any time and he or she will tell you your new idea is worthless or worth a shot. I have a few of those buddies.

One of those buddies helped me create some campaigns on Facebook with bad results and great results like the zero cent clicks below.

So, you really can’t get ZERO cent clicks but if we do some math I was able to get $0.005 per click.

Sometimes you’ll see people claim something and aren’t sure if they are telling you the whole truth or not. Hopefully as a reader of this blog I have gained some trust in you.
